Patrick Levy Title:Product Manager, Pall Microelectronics
Patrick Levy has worked at Pall Corporation for the past 21 years and is currently the product manager for chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) applications. In this role he works with industry and academic experts to identify opportunities for new filtration technology development for the CMP market. He has worked as a visiting research scientist at the University of Arizona in a collaborative effort with Professor Ara Philipossian. Their research centered on the characterization of fresh, spent, and reprocessed fumed silica slurries with an emphasis on filtration/separations technology. Patrick has published numerous papers and delivered presentations at the International Conference on Planarization Technology (ICPT), the Electrochemical Society, the Northern California Chapter of the American Vacuum Society's CMP Users Group, and the Levitronix CMP Users Conference. He received a BS in physics from the State University of New York at Albany in 1988.
