PORT WASHINGTON, N.Y., October 18, 2011 -
Pall Corporation (NYSE:PLL)
today announced that B. Craig Owens has been nominated to serve on the
company's board of directors. Mr. Owens will stand for election by Pall
shareholders in December 2011. He is replacing Dr. Edwin W. Martin, Jr.
who is retiring from the board.

Mr. Owens, 57, is senior vice president, chief financial officer and
chief administrative officer of Campbell Soup Company (NYSE:CPB).
In addition to the financial function, he also leads corporate
development, global supply chain and IT.

service on Pall's board. He has a strong background in business
operations and finance as well as extensive experience in the food and
beverage arena, a component of Pall's Life Sciences business. Craig's
experience and skills are highly complementary and we look forward to
his contributions for years to come.”
Mr. Owens has more than 25 years of experience in the food and beverage
industry. He previously was executive vice president and CFO with the
Delhaize Group, a food retailer headquartered in Belgium with
approximately 2,600 stores in seven countries and more than $26 billion
in annual revenues. He also has held general management and senior
financial positions with The Coca-Cola Company and Coca-Cola bottlers.
Mr. Owens has a B.A. degree in politics from Washington and Lee
University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business of the
University of Pennsylvania. He also earned an M.A. degree from the
Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, where he now
serves on the Board of Overseers.
